This festival of contemporary art was created in 2009 by the River Counters and the Galerie Arte for the celebration of the 350 years of the city of Saint-Louis and continues since. For a month, local and international artists exhibit their works in the institutions of Saint-Louis and surrounding areas. Every two years, this cultural event becomes the Grand Off of the Biennale of Contemporary African Art in Dakar. Don't miss it!
