CRDS
Housed in a colonial building dating from 1954, the Centre de Recherches et de Documentation du Sénégal (CRDS) is home to a small museum retracing the history of Saint-Louis, high-quality temporary exhibitions, and a fine library containing some 25,000 works. Since 2007, it has been part of the Université Gaston Berger, and now serves as the educational hub of the CRAC (Civilisations, Religions, Arts et Communication) Training and Research Unit. It's well worth a visit to learn more about Saint-Louis and its traditions. Free access to the library.
