Hotel Wagadu is a 2-star establishment located in Bakel. Founded in 2013 by Ladji Diabira, it was created in response to the lack of catering and accommodation in the region. Hotel Wagadu offers single and shared rooms to international standards, as well as a high-quality dining area. It is also a place for cultural promotion, with events and activities in partnership with local artists. Hotel Wagadu is also committed to an eco-responsible approach, in line with sustainable environmental and social principles. The hotel's restaurant offers Senegalese gastronomic dishes, and works in collaboration with the Centre d'Enseignement Technique Féminin de Bakel to train young women in catering skills.
