If she's there when you visit, don't hesitate to chat with Dorin, who will tell you all about the history of this art form and explain the whole crafting process - including the painting and glazing phases. Everything is handmade on site. She can also help you choose the piece that's right for you: a great idea for a souvenir to take home in your suitcases, with appropriate packaging!
