This unpretentious little shop, a family business from father to son, is in fact an institution in Herod's Gate. Uncle Moustache is a grill-kebab that has been offering delicious falafels, lamb balls, shawarmas and Arab pastries since 1969, all with a lot of flavor and a certain quaintness. For those with a sweet tooth, order the fried meat fritters, the house specialty. You can eat sitting on the few chairs in a typical and welcoming atmosphere in the Muslim quarter.
