Located opposite the 5th station of the Via Dolorosa, this small restaurant is a real institution in Jerusalem. It is famous for its hummus, which is appreciated by locals and international visitors alike. It's very often crowded, which makes the experience a little less authentic, but you always eat well. Of course, the hummus is ordered, which will be accompanied by a pita, tomatoes and some falafels. Note that another Abu Shukri restaurant has opened at First Station. Admittedly it's not the same setting, but it's still pleasant.

Comme tous le monde dit, le hummus içi est exeptionel. Le plat arrive avec des felafel et du pain. Delicieux. Pas bon marché.
