BAROOD
Here's a place that's doing very well, and for good reason: it's open on Shabbat, it's ideally located in the center, on Jaffa Road, and it offers a relaxed, friendly atmosphere, halfway between the traditional tavern, the bistro and the pub. It's a very pleasant place to be, especially if you happen to be on a concert night. The menu features Sephardic dishes from around the world, including recipes from Greece, particularly Thessaloniki, and Bulgaria. Sephardic specialties include eggs haminados and Bulgarian boyikos .
