Along with Abu Shukri, it's the other hummus spot in the old town. You don't come to Lina's for the decor or the fuss, but to enjoy the chickpea-based paste. A creamy, subtly spiced texture, fragrant olive oil, fresh pita: simply delicious! Gourmets can order it with fresh basil, served with pickles and the famous Moroccan salad. Quite busy (as everywhere else in the old town), and good value for money. Fast service, perhaps a little rushed.
