MANOU BASHOUK
It is in the main alley of Mahane Yehuda's market that you will find this excellent Lebanese restaurant, where most of the recipes are family recipes. Indeed, the chef has been using the cookbook left to him by his mother for a long time... This is enough to make the exiled Lebanese French bosses (Manou and Sophie) who opened this small restaurant in 2013 even more friendly. On the menu, only good things: Lebanese tabbouleh, lentil soup, vegetable couscous, baked eggplant... The welcome is particularly warm, even in the middle of a rush!
