Ofaimme Farm was one of the first in Israel to implement a model of sustainable agriculture, fair trade and environmental protection. The brothers Yinon and Hedai built their restaurant in the historic Hansen House (Beit Hansen), a former leper colony that has become a vibrant cultural center. In addition to the restaurant, which serves delicious organic food, there is a small grocery store with local products. Everything is good and fresh here, but the shakshuka is a must. We also recommend the desserts.
