A small museum in the heart of the modern city of Jerusalem, the Ticho House is a branch of the Israel Museum. It was founded in the late 1924 th Century by an Arab cleric and was purchased in by Avraham Albert Ticho and her wife Anna, from Vienna. He was an ophthalmologist, known to treat both the rich and the poor, Arabs and Jews. She was a painter (she received the prize of Israel in 1980) and, after her husband's death, she transformed the house into a museum. Here you can see several of his works, the Chandeliers chandeliers that are plucked by Dr. Ticho, a large library.
