This center located in the port of Tel Aviv (Namal), facing the sea, has three large rooms that simultaneously host several types of yoga classes. There is something for all levels and all schedules and some courses are even taught in English. Whatever your training, you will always find a course according to your schedule since they start at 7am until 8:30pm. Meditation classes and relaxation techniques for children, seniors and pregnant women are part of the program schedule.
