SHLOMO - SIXT

We had a car booking from July 10th to 29th from and to the Ben Gurion Airport, Israel.

First, we arrived with 4 children after a long trip and waited almost 2 hours before acceding the desk.
The person we met was particularly rude to my father, threaten him to put him out of the office and leave without the car just because my father asked him to take my credit card even if my husband was driving as we always do with other car rental companies (my husband card didn't allow the caution amount whereas mine did and was used for the booking) and we have the same family name. Finally I had to take the second driver option (paid 98$) but I never drove the car. This is theft !!!

After more than 2 hours, he gave us our keys but the car didn't start. When I get back to him, he did not come and ask an other staff member as he clearly didn't want to deal with us. This one didn't manage to start the car so the "manager" (what he said) finally come too to make the same report : the car was out of order.
He suggested a 7 places car (in place of the 9 places van we had booked) and said a manager would call us in order to make a discount as it was smaller and less adapted to our family (8 people so 2 of us took the train all stay long !!). I am still waiting for this call !!

When we finally gave the car back, I received an invoice once I was left and already in the shuttle to the airport !!!!! for the surcharge for israeli citizens whereas we are french (no israeli passports) and without being informed and for airport fees whereas we took and gave back the car at the same place.

I am very very disappointed with sixt services, the staff is rude and deceitful !!!

INADMISSIBLE ET HONTEUX : FUYEZ !!
Accueil déplorable et attente interminable chez SIXT à l’aéroport Ben Gurion de Tel Aviv!! Il y avait pourtant la queue partout chez leurs concurrents mais pas chez eux : cela aurait dû nous mettre la puce à l’oreille ! J’étais avec mes parents, âgés et fatigués du voyage, nous avons attendu près de 2h à l’aéroport - auprès des personnes les plus désagréables et méprisantes jamais rencontrées jusqu’alors - pour se voir attribuer une vieille voiture toute abimée et qui sentait très mauvais.. ! Comment ne pas la refuser ?! Selon eux, société de location de véhicules, c’est la seule qu’ils avaient…à prendre ou à laisser !! Inadmissible ! Nous avons demandé à rencontrer la direction : aucun geste, aucune excuse de leur part, pas un mot gentil, aucune empathie, nous avons été traités comme du bétail, je n’ai jamais vu ça !! De quoi se laisser gâcher ses quelques jours de vacances en famille… !! Au retour les choses n’ont fait qu’empirer : nous nous sommes vu facturer un GPS pour 5 jours et une barre d’essence alors que nous venions de faire le plein !!!! Nous avons naturellement refusé de signer pour ces services indus ! Bouquet final : nous nous sommes fait INSULTES et sortir de leurs locaux… !! Une honte !!! Et tout cela sous les yeux scandalisés d’autres clients. Je viens finalement de voir que la somme m’a malgré tout été débitée sans mon consentement… !! JE DEMANDE A ETRE DEDOMAGEE DANS LES PLUS BREFS DELAIS POUR LES PREJUDICES SUBIS !!! Quel genre de philosophie pratiquez-vous ?? Celle de l’irrespect total de vos clients, du vol et de la malhonnêteté ?!!! Sur internet je viens de voir que de nombreuses autres personnes ont vécu le même genre de mésaventures avec eux… !! A EVITER DE TOUTE URGENCE, FUYEZ !!! Les offres sont nombreuses, ne vous faites pas voir par ces voleurs !!!
