It is one of the gastronomic addresses of Tel Aviv. Located on the outskirts of the city, in a still very industrial area west of Sarona, Ha Salon is run by the renowned chef Eyal Shani. It will be necessary to start very early to get a table (the restaurant is only open two evenings a week). But, if you do, you won't regret the show. The tiny room is rounded off by the kitchen, the centre of attention, where Shani and a dozen or so assistants are bustling with activity. A restaurant-theater of sorts!
