HABASTA
This little restaurant is almost hidden away in an alleyway adjoining the Carmel market. Here, gastronomy is taken seriously, and chef Itay Har-Gil changes his menu every day, depending on what arrives at the market. So everything is very fresh and, above all, varied. If you're a connoisseur, you'll want to know that offal is one of the specialties. They are prepared with virtuosity, and even the most recalcitrant will have to give in to temptation. A very good address, with very good wines, for those who want something other than street food around the market. Very pleasant in the evening.
