Located in the jewel box of the R48 hotel, due to open in 2023, this haute gastronomie restaurant offers a tasting menu skilfully crafted by chef Ohad Solomon. From the amuse-bouche to the chocolate that accompanies the coffee that closes the meal: everything is mastered virtuosity, without superficiality. There's no misplaced pretentiousness here, but rather a purity of gesture and culinary balance. Everything is carefully thought out and executed.
