This unassuming boui-boui in an alleyway of the Carmel market is actually a tasty restaurant serving Yemeni cuisine. An opportunity to discover this absolutely delicious culinary tradition, based on soups (vegetarian or meat), sometimes very spicy sauces, pancakes and breads. Chickpeas also have their place, with the irreplaceable hummus - but also stewed chickpeas.
