A setting that alone makes the success of the Manta Ray: a pavilion located on the beach, with large windows and a terrace in the summer, from where you can see the waves breaking and the sun setting, making the sea glisten. Directed by Ronen Skinezes, the kitchen is mainly fish and seafood oriented. A regularly renewed mezze formula serves as an appetizer-apéro; the desserts keep their promises and so does the wine list. Manta Ray also serves hearty and delicious Israeli breakfasts from 9am to noon.
