Overlooking the sea through the large windows, the frame is one of the highlights of this culinary experience. Bad languages say that the kitchen, led by one of the best chefs in the country, would be in a loss of speed… Attacks, which Rafi Cohen has only done! The plates always combine French, Italian and Moroccan flavours with an Israeli touch: garlic boulettes and Jerusalem artichokes, delicious risottos, goose thighs and conflict… The list of wines and that of desserts are long and enticing!
