A well-known address in Jaffa, near the flea market, whose specialty comes to us from Libya: shakshuka, a pan-fried mixture of eggs, tomatoes, sausages (optional) and spices. You can also opt for the particularly hearty couscous, served with a variety of salads and bread, or the " chraime ", a casserole of fish and vegetables simmered Tripoli-style. The owner is a real (and monumental) character, so don't be surprised to see him cooking three pots of shakshuka at once with perfect dexterity!
