Chef Moshe Segev has set up his new restaurant in the Ramat HaHayal neighbourhood. Inside, the setting is pleasant or kitsch depending on your taste: a central alley leads to a small fountain surrounded by white benches on which you can wait for a table. The service is very attentive and the food is very well presented. However, we regret the average quality of the food. For the evening, think of reserving. Ideal if you are visiting this slightly out of the way part of the city.
