With its large downtown terrace, the Anastasia is certainly the trendiest vegan restaurant in Tel Aviv.
This is a dream address if you're vegetarian, vegan and/or gluten-free. The menu is rich and the food delicious. Even the coffee is certified organic. Special mention for the shakshuka made with hummus "eggs" and corn flour. Note that this place, ideally located right next to Dizengoff Square, is very popular and quite trendy: you may have a bit of trouble finding a place on the terrace, especially at weekends, but it's worth the wait if you want to enjoy an explosive taste experience in a Telaviv atmosphere.
