SABICH FRISHMAN
The sabikh, a succulent snack filled with eggplant, potatoes, egg and hummus. A must for national sandwiches!
Certainly one of the best sabichs in town! Once the snack of Iraqi workers, it's now one of the national sandwiches. You have to try this pita filled with fried eggplant, potatoes, tomatoes, cucumbers, hard-boiled egg, hummus, tahini and mango amba sauce at least once! It's dripping all over the place and it's all over your face, but God, it's good! An explosive taste experience. Beware: in summer, at lunchtime, the queue is long and you may have to wait almost half an hour.
