An address on the border between the center and Florentine, a little in the middle of nothing, but well worth the detour. Every Tel-Avivian has his or her own favorite hummus place, but it's a fact that Hummus Mashawsha is one of the city's top hummus places. The chickpeas aren't completely crushed here: it's a delight to come across chunks! Not to mention that the hummus is made to order, which means it's incomparably fresh. The small tables outside are often overcrowded, but wait a little, it's worth it!
