The founder of this restaurant, Rafi Adar, has returned to Israel with the flavours of Italy: he was even awarded the title of "Cavaliere della Repubblica Italiana" for promoting Italian cuisine. Needless to say, the cuisine is divine and subtle, and the pasta here has earned its letters of nobility, as has the osso buco, which is so often badly treated. We love the wine list which travels through all the regions of Italy with excellent Tuscan references. It is located in the picturesque district of Neve Tsedek which gives it an extra charm.
