DAN TEL-AVIV
A hotel with a multicolored façade located on the beachfront promenade, with some rooms offering a sea view.
Built in the early 1950s, the Dan, with its multicolored façade designed by artist Yaacov Agam, has become a symbol of Tel Aviv and its joie de vivre. Situated on the beachfront promenade, it enjoys a central location. If possible, choose a room with a sea view. There's an open-air seawater pool and an indoor freshwater pool, a fitness center with Spa and several restaurants. This is one of Telaviv's must-visit hotels, but the international-standard facilities are a little lacking in charm.
