We love this cafe in the central square of Noga (the neighborhood next to Jaffa) where all the locals meet for a coffee during the day or a drink in the evening. You can also have a snack there. The map is even quite daring and it's good too: let yourself be tempted by the grilled squid in particular. It's a must in the neighbourhood, especially on the evenings of performances at the neighbouring Gesher theatre: you come before the show to drink an aperitif and then meet up afterwards to discuss the play
