This tiny counter on cheerful Levinski Street was launched a few years ago by Benny Briga, who has since become the king of fermented drinks known as gazoz. This is a homemade soft drink produced by fermenting fruits, berries, flowers or plants. The king of summertime fermentation and natural bubbles also offers kefirs and kombucha. Recipes evolve according to the season and the progress of fermentation. A few cakes and pastries complete the range, ideal for a snack break.
