These are the neighborhoods of new immigrants, mainly from Africa and Asia. Here you'll find exotic dishes and a unique atmosphere in the Levinsky Garden, where the different communities gather on Saturday afternoons for their day off. In Shapira's residential alleyways, the architecture is truly magnificent, even if very poorly maintained. The area is beginning to attract young people in search of more moderate rents, and should see a wave of gentrification in the years to come.
