Chelouche Gallery has been in existence since 1985 and is a veteran of the Tel Aviv contemporary scene. Originally housed in a central building on Mazeh Street, the gallery has moved to the heart of Ottoman Jaffa, a sign of the neighborhood's evolution. The crème de la crème of Israeli creativity has already passed through here, before being exported internationally. A fine exchange, since the international scene is also invited to the gallery, where exhibitions follow one another on a regular basis. The vast new space blends historical heritage with modern installations.
