THE BEIT HA'IR MUSEUM
The former town hall on Bialik Square was renovated in 2009, to mark the town's centenary, and turned into an interactive museum for the occasion. In 2023, the museum closes again for renovations. It showcases contemporary Hebrew culture and the history of Tel Aviv. One of the highlights is the reconstitution of the office of Tel Aviv's first mayor, Meïr Dizengoff, which will enable visitors to observe the city through their windows for a short while after reopening... In the meantime, we're content to admire the façade of this architectural gem.
