HAYARKON PARK
Take a nature break in this 500-hectare park along the Yarkon River, an oasis of greenery in the middle of the urban jungle!
500 hectares of greenery, bicycle paths and trails make up the largest park in Tel Aviv, on the banks of the Yarkon River. Visit the Garden of the Missing Soldiers (Gan Habanim in Hebrew). 11 groves pay homage to the soldiers who died in the wars of Israel. The 5 hectares of the Gan HaSlaim (Garden of Rocks) reflect the geological diversity of the country while the Gan HaKaktusim is home to cacti. Finally, you will see at Gan HaTropi an important variety of tropical plants and at Gan Hagazum beautiful specimens of topiary art.
