CENTRAL BUS STATION
To date, there is still no train to Eilat, but the Israeli railroads go as far as Beersheva. From there, the journey to Eilat can be continued by bus. Egged buses offer a dedicated line between Tel Aviv and Eilat, via Beersheva (bus no. 390, allow around 3 hrs 30 min from Beersheva or 5 hrs from Tel Aviv), with almost ten daily departures, from 8 am to 8 pm. There's also a service from Jerusalem, via Masada and Ein Guedi, along Route 90 (bus no. 444, approx. 4h30). Finally, bus no. 392 links Eilat to Mitzpe Ramon in around 3 hours.
