It serves absolutely delicious Arabic cuisine, based on traditional recipes that give pride of place to vegetarian and vegan options (hummus, stuffed vine leaves, baba ganoush, tabbouleh). Meat lovers will also delight in the delicious kebbé of minced meat, eggplant stuffed with beef, or soushbarak, lamb ravioli with yoghurt sauce. A unique place in Haifa, run by a gay Arab and Jewish couple. Not to be missed.
