It is said that the best falafels in Palestine are served here, in this restaurant, which has been open since 1984. We can't say for the whole of the Territories, but it's certainly the best address when it comes to Bethlehem. The hummus and foul (Egyptian stew) are also to die for. Carnivores will delight in a delicious rice and lamb dish, while vegetarians can look forward to a wide selection of non-meat mezzés. And all at unbeatable prices! So don't hesitate, it would be a shame to miss out.

L'endroit est connu des touristes mais c'est une valeur sure. Du hoummos au falafel en passant par le taboulé, vous mangerez local et c'est très bon !
