If you're on your way to the Shepherd's field, on the site run by the Catholic Franciscans north of the village of Beit Sahour, stop off at this restaurant set up in a Bedouin tent. On the menu: delicious grilled or slow-cooked meats, salads and a variety of mezzés, accompanied by a tasty mint tea. You can also order alcohol from this restaurant. For meat lovers, lamb is particularly renowned. This is no tourist trap, contrary to appearances. Family atmosphere.

Far from being a catch- tourist, this restaurant is frequented by many Palestinian families and for good reason, the cuisine is tasty and hearty, affordable budget, family atmosphere. Lovers of narghile, I recommend the " you; fresh apple" , tobacco is housed in a real apple, which gives it a taste more... " frais".
