In 1930, Tawfik Hakim, a carpenter by profession, acquired this magnificent building to make it his workshop. It is Bassam, her charming grandson, who, after restoring it, is in charge of its management. You will find 10 rooms on two floors that can accommodate two to three people. If their size varies, they all have a bathroom, air conditioning, satellite TV, kettle and refrigerator.
