It is the Mont du Précipice (elevation 397 m) where, according to the Bible, the inhabitants of Nazareth would have liked to throw Jesus from the top of the cliff after he preached to the synagogue. Its official name is Mount Kdumim. In 2009 Pope Benedict XVI gave a mass of more than 40 000 people. If you enjoy a beautiful view of Nazareth, the valley of Jezreel and the surrounding mountains, there is still little interest in it and little access without vehicle.
