This museum of natural history is the first to have been created in Israel. His name is that of Sobol David Gordon (1856-1922), a great Jewish ideologue whose work strongly influenced the creation of the Kibbutz, and ends his life in Dgania Alef (or Degania Alef). The visit of this museum will help to learn more about the natural environment of the lake and agriculture developed in the surrounding area. There are many examples of frequent animals in the region and fossils as well as a herbatorium.
