BET USSISHKIN MUSEUM
Beit Ussishkin is a museum of nature dependent on the FNIH (Society for the Protection of the Israeli Nature) located in Kibbutz Dan, next to the nature reserves of Tel Dan and Hermon Stream (Banias). It was created in the 1950 s when the Volontaire valley of the Wow valley was causing serious ecological consequences here. The museum presents a large collection of animals, butterflies and other insects originating in the region. An exhibition is dedicated to the nearby archaeological excavations. Screening of documentary films (for groups). Possibility of guided tours in the region.
