HUMMUS SILA
One of the small restaurants in the shopping mall in downtown Qatzrin, close to the Golan Archaeological Museum (and therefore very convenient before or after a visit). The reputation of the place has been maintained over the years, particularly as regards hummus, the almost exclusive speciality of the house. You'll find different variations of the famous chickpea puree, as well as a few other options among the salads, or a shakshuka. But when you know how to cook a dish well, you might as well stick to it, and you won't be able to escape the delicious hummus.
