Assaf Winery, a family business established in 1990 by Assaf Kedem, produces around 35,000 bottles a year, in the Kidmat Tsvi moshav, around 6 km from Qatzrin. The vineyard occupies 18 hectares and produces varied, succulent (non-kosher) wines. In addition to the space in the visitors' center where you can taste the wines and enjoy a pleasant snack (Didi's Kitchen), a perfectly landscaped terrace shaded by eucalyptus trees promises an unforgettable moment in the sun. Luxury accommodation is also available on site, in one of the well-appointed suites.
