For those who are fleeing any change, here is a good address. The rooms are rather well decorated, clean and comfortable (TV, air conditioning). The prices are quite high.

We were in Bamako in August 2009 during a location turning and we stayed in the LOFT Bamako, I have a delicious restaurant.
This time here it is the hotel we tried and what a pleasant discovered!
A place really except for! A welcome and a very efficient staff, and a friendly!
Decor to fall with pastel shades, velvet, carpets, paintings and photos on the walls.
A very music Lounge and delicious cuisine and innovative.
Rooms with access magnetic card, when with them are beautifully decorated and very clear.
Moreover, complimentary internet access, bar and cable TV, do not spoil wanting.
The bathrooms are very functional.
We had room 211 and 205.
A very pleasant stay that I will reiterate during my stay in the Malian capital.
I did not know the country and I left as a consultant.
I stayed at the hotel LOFT, rue Achkabad, in the district of Quinzambougou Bamako.
A hotel of 24 air-conditioned rooms, very chic and trendy and required decor.
Wi-fi is free throughout the hotel and bedrooms are spacious and beautifully decorated.
The restaurant of the Loft is best city. Which is rare for a restaurant hotel.
The menu is abundant and affordable set menus (8 000 cfa).
Finally, the reception and the staff are the icing on the cake, professionalism and an efficiency some large Western standards are equivalent.
Two French are in charge of this small haven.
I made Loft my main home when I would return to Bamako.Et then for rooms of this quality, 50 €70, has an excellent value for money.
