A traditional and refined cuisine worked with fresh local products in Valette.

At L'Amandine, we offer traditional and refined cuisine. Pierre's cuisine will delight you with his specialities such as snail profiteroles à la provençale or foie gras. He works with fresh local products. And not to spoil anything, the welcome is warm. As an aperitif or after dinner, take a walk in the village, absolutely charming with its church which is worth a visit. This establishment will seduce you with its large sunny room, with its large bay windows that offer a view over the countryside.

a little expensive (2 € to drink) not cocktail snack for tapas, bread (very ordinary baguette characterless and a little hard) cuisine but no commercial gesture or extra plate for my friend who does not eat a cheese (very good Auvergne cheese in addition) average quality service but it was St Valentine and there was world for a small restaurant lost in the Chantillian countryside, I say can certainly do better.
Very good value for money, good food, a pleasant setting, children can play outside quiet and the owners are nice. Really recommended!
