This beautiful initiative was carried out in 1997 thanks to donations collected in France and Switzerland by the members of the CoSoBiGao association. 1 500 subscribers come to read books and newspapers, or become familiar with the computer tool. The library comprises nearly 1 000 books accessible to all. This desire to inform young people is to be welcomed, so access to culture remains limited in Mali.
