In 2017, the château celebrated a prestigious marriage: that of the Bocuse Institute, from Lyon, and Christian Vabret, former Meilleur Ouvrier de France and founder of the French Bakery and Pastry School in Aurillac. These two great names in gastronomy combine their know-how and now train cooks directly at the château. The Château de Salles relies on local produce and homemade food, including bread and pastries... It sometimes hosts musical events: a great way to combine music and culinary delights. Very classy, we like it!

Nous trouvons le repas du marché à midi pas très excessif et très raffiné. De plus ils ont une terrasse très agréable, le personnel est souriant
