2025
The small airport of Panamá Pacífico, west of the capital, across the Bridge of the Americas, is a former U.S. military base (Howard). It was reopened at the end of 2022 and currently hosts Wingo flights from Colombia, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic and Cuba. Charter flights are also operated by Aeroregional from Quito via Guayaquil. To reach the capital, it is necessary to count 25-30 US$ in cab for two.
