Panamanian chef José Carles offers his culinary talents at very affordable prices in this small, funda-like restaurant called "Lo Que Hay" which means "What there is". Basically, you choose from the dishes listed on the slate, which are prepared in front of you with the freshest products of the day. Five or six options in general, with always at least one vegetarian option. Panamanian cuisine revisited to perfection by José. We loved the tuna carpaccio and onion ceviche, with yuca chips. A discreet address not to be missed!
