Two other options: an elegant air-conditioned room and the Quinto Piso, a rooftop with an incredible view of Amador and the Bridge of the Americas. Three atmospheres and a delicious cuisine with Caribbean and international flavors offered by Panamanian chef Felipe Milanes, who made a name for himself in the United States before setting up his own establishment in his native country.
