This establishment, which was originally the annex of the courtroom of the Justice Court, was converted into a small theater with 250 seats in 1996. It is named after an actress of Colombian origin who lived in Panama where she was a professor at the Conservatory and a theater and television actress. Near the Plaza de Francia, in this dependency of the National Institute of Culture, many different performances are given, from the Tedx conference to plays, ballets and galas of young local artists.
